To provide Pet Rabies Clinics, operated under this program as one day events, for the Public and to be held on a date mutually convenient between the WCDH and the Provider. Pet Rabies Clinics to the public will be free of charge in Northern or Southern Westchester County. Services will be provided in accordance with the New York State Public Health Law Section 2141 and 2145.
