Project Description: Parkland County is offering for sale a fully operational FTTH broadband network serving the Hamlet of Entwistle, Alberta. The network represents a turnkey infrastructure opportunity: a complete, service-ready Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) fibre asset with both passive plant and active electronics, an existing connected customer base, and significant organic growth potential within its established service footprint. The objective of this RFP is to solicit offers from qualified proponents to acquire, operate, and continue to deliver high-quality fibre Internet access and over-the-top (OTT) services in the Hamlet of Entwistle.
