NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract HI-SEMI DUMP TRAILER 26-025-DOT on or before March 24, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver one (1) HI-Semi Dump Trailer ¼ Frame for its Division of Transportation located at 180 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Dealer shall be responsible for all title work. Trailer requires an IL “M” plate.
