The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Legacy Tanker Division, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing secure, environmentally compliant, turnkey aircraft wash and post-wash lubrication services. These services will support Department of War (DoW) mobility, tanker, and cargo airframes (including the KC-135 and KC-46) operating within the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and EUCOM Areas of Responsibility.
Phase 1 market research is focused on establishing initial capabilities at Contractor-Provided, Contractor-Operated (CPCO) facilities located within a 1,000-nautical-mile radius of Muwaffaq Salti Air Base (MSAB), Jordan. Core requirements include scalable wash services (full exterior, clear-water rinse, localized wash), rapid response induction, turnkey provision of all personnel, ground-handling equipment, and MIL-SPEC solvents, strict physical and operational security protocols, and compliance with host-nation environmental regulations.
Note: The full Performance Work Statement (PWS) contains Controlled Technical Information (CUI). Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement, proof of an active CAGE code, and a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to the listed points of contact to receive the full PWS.
This notice will close at 1100AM Central Time 7 August 2026.
Please read all of the attached documentation and submit responses no later than this time.
