Vendor should quote DOOR TO DOOR. Prospective vendor could either use their own forwarder or use one of our nominated forwarder to clear the goods and deliver to embassy. All clearence certificates shall be provided by the Embassy

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of theiroffer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission maydeem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA Quotation due date and time April 08th 2025 at 17:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time.
