PRE-BID CONFERENCE
An optional pre-bid conference will be held for this project for the purpose of familiarizing the bidders with the existing conditions of the inside of each structure to be removed on the project. The pre-bid conference will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at the property of 2010 Sunset Highway. This will be the only opportunity bidders will have to view the inside of the structures prior to the bid opening.
Requires removal of structures and obstructions, removal and disposal of asbestos material, ESC lead, erosion control and water pollution prevention, bark or wood chip mulch, high visibility fence, high visibility silt fence, FA-site cleanup of bio. and physical hazards and other work. Involves 12 items and 10 working days. Work class 13, demolition.
