DPW Garage Boiler Replacement

Sealed Bid Proposals marked “DPW Garage Boiler Replacement B-01-25” will be accepted at the office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 225 E. Portage Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, 49783 until 3:00 P.M. on February 27, 2025, at which time and place all Bid Proposals will be opened and publicly read. The Bid Proposals will be for furnishing the following:

The project consists of replacing boilers and accessories per drawings and documents contained in the project manual.

A walk thru meeting is being held at the DPW Garage, 1244 E. Easterday Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, MI., on January 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All interested contractors are encouraged to attend.

Specifications, bid forms, and additional information may be obtained at the office of the Engineer, U.P. Engineers & Architects, Inc. 707 Ashmun Street, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783, for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for a hard copy or $10.00 for a pdf. All Bid Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked as to the Bidder and the contents therein and submitted to the purchasing agent stated above.

The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, waive irregularities in any Proposal and make the award in the best interest of the City.
