"2026 CIPP Lining Project"
The City of Antigo is accepting bids for Cured in place pipe lining of approximately
2000 lineal feet of eight inch (8") Sanitary pipe.
Specifications are available in the Public Works Office, 700 Edison Street, Antigo, WI
54409. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., on September 8, 2026, and should be
submitted in a sealed envelope marked "CIPP Lining Bids" to the Clerk-Treasurer's
Office at the above address. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Public Works
Department after 10:00 a.m.
The City of Antigo reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the
bid deemed most advantageous to the City.

Specifications for Cured in Place Pipe Lining
1. Repair area is residential, 8" continuous sanitary sewer in a state of deterioration.

2. Acceptance of bid will be based from price and start date.
3. The City of Antigo reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the
bid deemed most advantageous to the City.

5. Successful Bidder will be responsible for:
Making the watertight connections
Advising residents affected 24 hours in advance of work being completed
Connecting active laterals so flow enters liner, boot if needed
Repairing any defects in the liner
Any bypass pumping that is needed
Thorough cleaning of the sewer main line
Televising sewer after cleaning but before liner and then again after liner
installation
Providing inspection logs
Leakage testing
Cleaning construction material each day
Traffic control-conform to State/Federal regulations for safety
Obtaining water for project, at contractor's expense at the Water Plant.
Root cutting, debris disposal and coring of laterals
Cutting off of any protruding service connections

6. BID PROPOSAL
The undersigned hereby declares that he has examined the annexed contract and bond
and that they are familiar with the requirements of the Engineer and the committee and
that they will agree to do all the work necessary to complete construction of the work
herein contemplated, and they will furnish all labor and material, equipment and tools
for the complete performance of the work as called for in the plans and specifications,
and they hereby agree to complete the work for the following sums-to-wit:

Bidder acknowledges that the above estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and are
solely for the purpose of comparison of Bids and final payment for all Unit Price Bid
items will be based on actual quantities provided, determined as provided in the
Contract documents.

2026 CIPP Lining
CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this ______ day of , 2026, by and between:
(Contractor) . of (city) hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR", party of the first part, and
the City of Antigo, Wisconsin, a municipality, hereinafter called the "CITY" party of the
second part.
For the amount of
WITNESSETH: That the part of the first part, for and in consideration of payments and
covenants provided and under a penalty expressed in a bond bearing even date
herewith and hereto attached, does herby covenant and agree, at his own proper cost, to
do all work necessary for completion of the construction as contemplated by this
agreement in a good and workmanlike manner and to the satisfaction of the Street
Commissioner or other authorized agents of the City, and to complete the work under
the conditions of a bond herein contained and agreeable to orders from time to time of
said Street Commissioner or other officers of the City on or before December 15th 2026.
In the event the contractor fails to complete the construction on or before said date, a
damages payment of $500 per working day is to be imposed for each day beyond the
designated completion date.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal
and the party of the second part has caused these presents to be sealed with its
corporate seal and to be subscribed by the Mayor of the City and City Clerk on the day
