The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter into a 1-time contracted agreement with the Association of Public Health Laboratories and intends to purchase 1 Annual Agency Membership. This is a membership renewal. The Association of Public Health Laboratories offers guidance, research, and information, as well as materials to help organizations with daily work in these areas.

This renewal has been deemed a single source as The Association of Public Health Laboratories is the only organization that can provide the necessary resources for the Minnesota Department of Health's Public Health Laboratory to perform the daily work to help keep the daily lives of Minnesotans safe and healthy.
