ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The CITY OF CLEVELAND is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services for the installation of a privacy fence.  Bids will be received until 1:00 PM, EST, January 21, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.

Bids must be sealed, plainly marked “Privacy Fence” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, N.E., Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
