AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 9 December 2024 at 2pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
The Canadian Forces Housing Agency located at HSC Kingston, requires ongoing maintenance of the apartment blocks common areas, such as grass cutting, snow removal and ice control.
The requirement comprises all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the attached Annexes Statement of Work herein.
Canada intents to award 1 contract as per Annexes Statement of Work from the date of award to 31 March 2026 with an additional one-year option period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
