Description
ICBC is seeking a single qualified and experienced proponent for the provision of Customer Journey Management Platform. The product must allow for the management of customer journeys including (mapping, editing/updating, tracking, monitoring and reporting. It should enable sharing and collaborating on parts or entire journeys with individuals and groups, integrate and update measures relate to key touchpoints and create master-level views down to touchpoint views. The platform must support dashboard views of journeys.
