Boulder County is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from a qualified consulting firms to provide stormwater quality program support and technical assistance to Boulder County’s Public Works Department. Firms deemed qualified through this SOQ process will be awarded contracts accordingly. The work in this SOQ is for consultant support in implementation of Article 7-904 of the Boulder County Land Use Code (https://bouldercounty.gov/property-and-land/land-use/planning/land-use-code/ Stormwater Quality Management Permit Requirements available at https://bouldercounty.gov/transportation/permits/stormwater-quality-permit/ ), in order to meet the requirements in the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit recently re-issued to Boulder County (available at https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/wq-final-permit-actions). All work performed must meet or exceed the requirements of the MS4 Permit, such as the scope of plan review, frequency and scope of inspections, etc.
