Sealed bids are invited for the site development of approximately 50+ acres of property within the Rivanna Futures development area of Albemarle County. The project generally includes: Completion of the earthwork work, development and base construction for road extension and roundabout, grading and stormwater plans to serve the property, and utility installation into the development area with site stabilization.
