NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Static Billboard Advertising
The identified vendor will:
1. County-Wide Static Billboard location availability
2. Full Color
3. Displayed for requested time period
4. Specific requirement 4
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Display for the period 7/1/26 - 9/30/26
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on July16, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
