Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

This solicitation is NOT a set-aside.

Salient Characteristics:

- Must incorporate advanced pressure sensing technology
- Must feature 256 points of measurement generated by 16 axial × 16 circumferential sensors
- Must provide the highest resolution of any available manometry system
- Must have 5.6 cm length of continuous circumferential sensing

FUNCTIONAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must provide the functional and performance capability as listed in above section.
WARRANTY OF EQUIPMENT: Government requirement for standard manufacturer industry warranty term. The government does not accept an extended warranty, which requires advance payment.

Delivery shall be provided no later than 30 days after receipt of order.
