ADDENDUM NO. 2
Dear Proponents,
This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of
interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum
No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files.
Attachment E: Revised Bid Form V2
Question No. 1: Revised bid schedule does not include an item for the removal of asphalt. Can an
item be created?
Answer No. 1: Yes, see Attachment E - Revised Bid Form V2.
Question No. 2: The geotechnical report issued with addendum 1 is recommending different
pavement sections for each street versus what is listed on the bid form. Can you clarify pavement
sections we are to bid to?
Answer No. 2: No, pavements sections will be per plan. Existing gravel roads, which includes the
beginning of Avenida de Sesario until Caja del Oro Grant, the beginning of Alamo Lane work, Ledd,
Camino dos Antonios, Case Road, 3197 Agua Fria, Callejon de Rita, and Plaza de Montoya will be
replaced according to detail 2 on DWG. No. D-01. Existing asphalt roadways include Caja del Oro,
the remainder of Alamo Lane, and Lopez Lane will be replaced according to detail 3 on DWG. No.
D-01.

Question No. 3: Revised Bid Schedule: 3197 Agua Fria Portion. There is the item for import of the
suitable material, but it is missing the new item for hauling and disposal of the unsuitable material.
Answer No. 3: Bid item for hauling unsuitable material has been added for 3197 Agua Fria.
Please add this Addendum No. 2 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents,
hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents
and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original
interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Responders are reminded that any questions or need
