Description:
The Government of Canada will be hosting an international event in 2025, to be held in the Province of Alberta on June 15th, 16th and 17th, 2025. Global Affairs Canada (GAC) will be contracting with a company who will provide luggage transportation and handling services.

. Interested proponents must not contact any other employee of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), or other persons involved in this solicitation to discuss questions regarding the RFP. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proponent. All enquiries must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Authority no later than 5 calendar days before the RFP closing date and time in order to be considered by GAC. Throughout the RFP bidding process, GAC shall endeavour to provide responses to inquiries (by the issuance of amendment) deemed relevant by GAC and received in writing by the Contracting Authority. Only information provided in amendment shall be an integral part of the RFP and any resulting contract. All amendments will be posted on Tender opportunities | CanadaBuys.

Note: The offer email has a maximum capacity of 30 megabytes. Proponent may divide the technical submission into several emails (ie. email 1A, 1B, 1C, etc.) to stay within the 30 megabytes limit per email.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award. The ratio will be 30% for the technical merit and 70% for the price.
