Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Direct Lease Contractors. The FEMA Direct Lease program is a housing assistance program to lease furnished turnkey properties for the purpose of providing temporary housing to eligible applicants who are displaced due to a declared Emergency or Disaster event. FEMA may utilize these units for eligible applicants who are unable to use rental assistance due to lack of available resources.
