WBH is issuing an Expression of Interest for the purpose of identifying parties who are
interested in an opportunity to repurpose or repair the property for their own use. WBH
is willing to entertain all offers for the property sale taking into consideration the cost to
repair or demolish.
The Cascades, a 34,110 square foot property, is located at 235 Millennium Gate, Fort
McMurray, AB on approximately 1.45 acres of land and classified as R2-1 (modified
medium density residential) district.
