Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide 1.5 FTE Board Certified /Board Eligible Orthopedic Physician Surgical Services on-site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) (also referred to as the Memphis VAMC. Place of Performance Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. Authority: Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) sharing Authority using FAR Parts 12 and 15.
