The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish price agreements (labor and materials inclusive) for a 7.5HP Paper Shredder with Dis-charge Conveyor.

Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder’s name and “7.5HP Paper Shredder with Dis-charge Conveyor” on the outside.

Each proposal shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:
