Description
We are seeking information on programs that can support the ongoing development of our client facing team members in Wealth and Business. We are particularly interested in programs that can help our team members develop the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional client service. Ideally, this would scaffold off of, and be integrated into previous learnings to foster a seamless learning experience for our team members.
Our intention is to roll out this training program to 400-900 team members as a ‘next step’ in our collective learning towards differentiating ourselves in the market based on our ability to provide best-in-class advice to clients. Given our team member’s geography is spread across the province, we have a strong preference for online delivery of learning programs.
We are looking for a vendor that can help us to meaningfully improve client experience and drive business impacts by taking on the development and supporting the delivery of such a program over a similar 12-18 month period. Where online asynchronous materials are developed or leveraged, we would expect that those materials would be uploaded into ATB’s Learning Management System (Absorb). Long term sustainment is also a prime consideration for ATB, subsequently ownership of materials and intellectual property of developed materials and the possibility of a Train the Trainer approach are important long term considerations for ATB as part of this RFI.
