Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Transit requires the services of a Security Guard firm that can effectively and efficiently provide security and concierge services for 1500 Woolridge in Coquitlam, similar to other Class A office buildings.
The scope of work will require the Contractor to ensure that 1500 Woolridge is secure, both inside and outside of the building during the evenings, weekends and on statutory holidays, to guard against vandalism, fire, unauthorized entry, theft or from any other source. Between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm the guard will perform concierge duties for occupants and visitors to the building and monitor security cameras. Between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am the guard will make regular patrols inside and outside the building. These services are required 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
The Contractor will be required to provide their own standard daily and weekly reports and logs and a cellular phone that is capable of taking photos that can be emailed from the phone, for the use of their guards
