Palmer Courthouse Expansion Construction
Alaska Court System is seeking construction bids for the expansion of the Palmer Courthouse. Full description and sequence of work can be found in the attached documents.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Please meet in the lobby of the Palmer Courthouse located at 435 S. Denali Street, Palmer, AK 99645. The cut-off date for contractor questions arising from the pre-bid meeting is 10-calendar days prior to the bid submission date.
Bids are due on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Sealed bids can be hand delivered or mailed to the following address:
