The City of Kenai is seeking a consultant for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to design and install a replacement SCADA system and components for the City of Kenai water treatment and water distribution system.
The consultant or team shall have experience designing and installing SCADA systems for water utilities. The goal of this RFP is to select a consultant based on qualifications and agree upon the cost for replacing the existing SCADA system and equipment with a new system. The City has minimal information to provide on the existing SCADA system programming, and the selected consultant will need to visit the site to determine the capabilities of the existing infrastructure to recommend improvements needed.
