The intent of these specifications is to establish the minimum acceptable standards for equipment performance, reliability, durability, operator safety, and long-term municipal serviceability. The Town seeks a loader that is well suited to the unique operational demands of municipal highway maintenance, including snow removal, road maintenance, material handling, and year-round public works operations. Bidders are encouraged to propose equipment that meets or exceeds the specifications contained herein while providing the greatest overall value to the Town.
