Description
The Division is looking to have a short-listed suppler list of General Contractors interested in
providing construction services for Modular Classroom Placement Projects for 2025.
Respondents meeting or exceeding the scoring threshold identified in RFSQ Appendix A, will achieve short-listed supplier status. Any Modular Competitions for 2025 will be provided to the short-listed suppliers only.
Modular Competitions will be for the complete construction services required for the placement of new modular classrooms, and / or the relocation of existing modular / portable classrooms on the Divisions property. It also includes transportation from the manufacturer and / or from existing schools (not necessarily Division schools) and delivery method. The number of modular projects for 2025 will be determined later.
