Fire Station #3 Request for Bids

The City is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a new Fire Station, Project No. CF25011

To be considered for award, the bid must state the name and number of the project, be addressed to the City of Helena Community Facilities, 316 North Park Avenue, Room 241, Helena, Montana 59623 and be received by 2:00 P.M. local time on November 25, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time of the public opening of bids. The opening and reading of the bids will occur in Room 326 of the City-County Building, 316 North Park Avenue, Helena, Montana.

The proposed project consists of construction of a new fire station and related site improvements in Helena, Montana.
