Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:

All seven properties will be visited. It is anticipated to take the entire day to view all properties. Please meet at 9709 97 St. Fort St. John, BC at 9:00 am PT. The other properties will follow.

If it is not possible to view all seven properties in one day, a second site visit date is scheduled for March 7

Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes the supply of materials and the renovation of the seven single family or multi family homes and as further set out at Appendices:
Appendix E – Scopes of Work for each location
This is phase 2 of ongoing renovations to BC Housing Properties in Fort St. John. The abatement of each home is completed, therefore, there is no requirement for a demolition phase. This project is in the build/construction phase. The vast majority of the work is internal renovations. Attendance at the site visits is mandatory. A scope document is provided for each property, enclosed separately. All properties are vacant.
It is the intent of BCH to award all locations to one contractor, and each location will have a separate contract. There will be one submission form for each location. It is mandatory that all seven submission forms must be completed and submitted.
We anticipate the start date of the project to be May 1, 2025. Work for all locations to completed by November 2025.
