Description

The City of Campbell River has strategically acquired multiple properties along Shoppers Row, downtown’s “Main Street”. These acquisitions aim to transform the heart of the city, fostering a renewed sense of vibrancy and safety. By developing middle-income rental housing, we are addressing the city’s low apartment vacancy rate and creating a dynamic urban environment.

The City invites Expressions of Interest from qualified, visionary proponents eager to invest in Campbell River and collaborate on the redevelopment of these prime downtown properties. Together, we can create a vibrant and prosperous downtown core that benefits the entire community.
