The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission (“Commission”) has issued a Request for
Letters of Interest to select a qualified consultant for Construction Administration and Inspection
Services for the following:

Ohio Turnpike Over Infirmary Rd. (C.R. 164) M.P. 193.1,
Ellsworth-Bailey Rd. Over Ohio Turnpike M.P. 215.4,
Ohio Turnpike Over Indian Run M.P. 228.6
Cuyahoga, Portage, Trumbull, and Mahoning Counties, Ohio
Any inquiries or requests for copies of the Request for Letters of Interest must be submitted to
purchasing@ohioturnpike.org before 5:00 P.M. on September 11, 2026.
Letters of Interest must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on September 18, 2026, in
softcopy format only to purchasing@ohioturnpike.org.
