Project Description: The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to obtain a qualified Contractor to design and operate a Fare Inspection Ambassador Program for the CATS Blue Line. The Contractor shall deploy trained customer service centric personnel to conduct fare inspections, ensure system-wide fare compliance, and support a safe and professional rider experience.
