Place of Performance:
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:
1. Provide clarification on the Statement of Objectives (SOO) for Hickam Air Force Base regarding delivery requirements and tank ownership for Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) and Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO).
2. Provide revised SOO for Hickam AFB (CDSHICKAMA - FP8016).
3. Offerors must submit all original solicitation required documents as well as the signed Amendment 0001 and Amendment 0002 when submitting their proposal.
4. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors are advised to incorporate these clarifications into their proposals accordingly.
5. Notify the Offeror’s the solicitation closing date remains the same at 27 Aug 2025 at 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT).
