Software Support – Unisys

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Department of Public Safety (DPS), intends to renew an existing agreement with Unisys Corp. (Unisys). The annual renewal provides maintenance and support related to DPS’s PORTAL XL and WIN2 software (DPS’s document storage and record-keeping system). This contract is for up to a 36-month term.

This purchase was deemed a single source because Unisys retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates, and patches. None of these required products or services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
