This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for pricing. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VA Medical Center, has a requirement for Bulk Oxygen & Tank Rental, located in Asheville, NC. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about June 24th, 2026.
