Albany State University Promotional Products

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), Albany State University is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Promotional Products, per the attached Bid Specifications. Suppliers shall complete the pricing sheet with relevant category discounts - there will be no bidding on individual items as this procurement is to establish a campuswide contract.  All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the Albany State University Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
This solicitation is to establish an agency contract with Albany State University.  The initial term of the contract and any renewal options shall be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet.
This will be a multiple award bid.  Any contract award(s) resulting from the RFQ will be made to all responsive and responsible bidders meeting all specifications and with whom Albany State University has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.  The University does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of spend as part of this procurement and contracting process.
