NOTICE OF INTENT: Robotic Prescription Dispensing System Lease and Support Services

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Scriptpro USA Inc, 5828 Reeds RD, Mission, Kansas 66202-2740, UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4 to provide lease and support services for the Robotic Prescription Dispensing System. The period of performance is from 09/01/2025 to 05/31/2026.

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Scriptpro USA Inc is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for lease and support services for the Robotic Prescription Dispensing System to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Scriptpro USA Inc may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist at flora.washington@ihs.gov by Monday, August 25, 2025, 1:00 PM MST.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
