Invitation for Quotes (IFQ) 09-001-26 - AMYA Warehouse Roof and Siding

The project on behalf of Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Military Youth Academy requires repairs to the roofing system and the exterior drainage system, including damaged siding, flashing, door and window seals, and moisture barriers. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this IFQ.

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact MvaDasProcurement@alaska.gov one (1) day prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Additional Information on the Site Visit can be found in the attached IFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Quote Submittal. Current deadline for receipt of quote submittals in response to the subject IFQ is 2:00 P.M. Alaska time on September 17, 2025. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
