AHU-35 and HV-1Replace the preheat coil, pneumatic flow control valve freeze stat on AHU-35 the heating coil, outdoor air damper, outdoor air damper actuator, and pneumatic flow control valve, replace leaking isolation valves as needed by means that do not require the complete system to be drained (freezer/plug and replace), and freeze stat on HV-1. Pipe insulation for both AH-35 and HV-1.SITE VISIT: April 2, 2026 10:30am NOTE:The scope of work shall be completed and performed within 3 weeks after receiving a purchase order plus any additional lead time required from suppliers.
