Increasing development interest within the area has highlighted the need to evaluate future transportation and sanitary & storm sewer infrastructure necessary to support anticipated residential, commercial, and light industrial development. The purpose of this study is to establish a planning framework that will guide future growth, inform infrastructure investments, and support development within the study area. |
