The Contractor shall provide Unarmed Security Guard Services, as needed, which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, tools, transportation, licenses/permits; equipment including uniforms, patrol vehicles with spot lights, drinking water, two-way radios and/or cell phones, portable lighting, portable toilets, any other items necessary to provide identification checks, screening, access control to the sites and patrolling security, at California Rehabilitation Center (CRC), a shutdown location without utilities, except for exterior lighting.  CRC is located at 5th Street and Western in Norco, CA.
