Instructions to Offerors:
1. Provide in your quotation in one part by adding your price and returning the SF 1449 to the Contracting Officer.
2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered.
3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than August 5th at 1700 MT. Any questions will be responded to via RFQ amendment to the vendor pool.
4. Quotes shall be valid for not less than 60 days.
