NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2025 PLEASANT HILL STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL.
Public Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 P.M. on the 23
rd
day of December, 2024, the City Council of Pleasant Hill will, in the Council Chambers, hold a hearing whereat said Council will resolve to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the construction of the 2025 Pleasant Hill Storm Sewer Improvements Project and, at the time, date and place specified above, or at such time, date and place as then may be fixed, to act upon proposals and enter into contract for the construction of said improvements.
General Nature of the Public Improvement
The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to repair storm sewer structures in various locations within the city limits of Pleasant Hill. The proposed project includes removal and reconstruction of the tops of storm sewer intake structures, removal and replacement of complete storm sewer structures, and PCC full depth pavement patching within areas of storm sewer repair work. The project also includes the milling and HMA overlay, curb and gutter removal and replacement, installation of storm sewer, and PCC paving on Willow Drive and Ash Drive.
At said hearing, the City Council will consider the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for said project, the same now being on file in the Office of the City Manager at Pleasant Hill City Hall, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Council will also receive and consider any comments/objections to said plans, specifications and form of contract or to the estimated cost of said improvements made by any interested party.
