Details
The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Bids (RFB) process for Two Automated Teller Machines Service Leases (Lease A and Lease B).
The lease is comprised of 12 locations (per Lease) in Harvey Milk Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, and International Terminal and Rental Car Center.
The term is three years plus one 2-year option to extend at the sole discretion of the Airport Commission.
The Minimum Annual Guarantee offer is $250,000.00 and the annual rent is the greater of the Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) or 70% of Gross Revenues.
