Description:

|
This project is generally described as the structural concrete surface repair of existing Transfer Station wall panels, the fabrication of new pre-cast tilt wall concrete panels, and the installation of new panels in final location at the Transfer Station, and associated work.
Contractors are strongly urged to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference at Wichita Tower, Engineering Department, 9th Floor at 2:00 P.M. on the 25th day of November, 2024. Representatives of the Owner and the Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction for this project is $225,000.00.
