HVAC Equipment, Installation, Service, Controls and Products

James City County is seeking qualified and experienced Contractors to establish a partnership for comprehensive HVAC services. This includes providing HVAC equipment, installation, maintenance (preventative and reactive), service, controls, and related products on an as needed or requested basis for a diverse range of county-owned and managed facilities. This RFP aims to secure a reliable partner capable of supporting the Owner’s diverse HVAC needs efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. The primary goal of this contract is to ensure reliable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective climate control solutions that contribute to a comfortable and productive environment for building occupants. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to supply, install, service, and support a wide range of HVAC systems and components, adhere to all applicable regulations and industry best practices, and prioritize energy efficiency and sustainability.
