The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) intends to renew an agreement with Lumen Technologies, Inc., also known as Centurylink Communications, LLC, for 12 months, for support and maintenance to the Intrado Viper7 Multi-node platform for three (3) DPS locations: Rochester (SRCC), Roseville (RTMC) and the St. Paul Capitol Security.
The support provided is for hardware and software maintenance. The equipment and Viper platform were initially installed and integrated into the State Patrol Communications system by Lumen technicians. It is integral to continue service to this platform due to the critical infrastructure support that is provided by the network.
