Property: 4-5 Acres Available – Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) – 205 North 1st Street, Ozark, MO. 65721. 417-581-2407 - www.ozarkmissouri.com

Dear Interested Party:
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) invites interested parties who possess the “qualifications” necessary to assemble parcels, acquire additional real estate, zone/plat property, construct infrastructure, create a shovel ready parcel, construct a new City of Ozark, Missouri (“City”) Police Department Building(s) with required site improvements to submit a Redevelopment Proposal consistent with the Redevelopment Plan. The LCRA Property consists of approximately four to five (4-5) acres as identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The LCRA shall consider all Redevelopment Proposals and the financial and legal ability of the prospective redevelopers to carry out their Redevelopment Proposal.
Interested parties shall make available all pertinent information, as requested within this Request for Proposals, for the property in question which the LCRA has declared to be in need of redevelopment. The Redevelopment Plan for said property is described and depicted in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Request for Proposal applications will be received by the LCRA at 205 N. First Street, Ozark, MO. 65721. The deadline for submitting proposals is 10:00 a.m., September 25, 2026. All applications received will be opened by staff at noon September 25, 2026 and will be presented to the LCRA at a meeting date and time to be announced no later than 30-days following September 25, 2026. The LCRA then may accept such Redevelopment Proposal as it deems to be in the public interest and in furtherance of the purpose of the LCRA law, provided that the LCRA has not less than thirty (30) days prior thereto, notified the Board of Aldermen in writing of the LCRA’s intention to accept such Redevelopment Contract Proposal.
