REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for ZSFG Autotransfusion Services
Summary: The Department of Public Health issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) in search of Proposers that have the necessary qualifications to provide Autotransfusion Services in the operating room(s) located at Zuckerburg San Francisco General (ZSFG) hospital for Standby (i.e., scheduled) and Emergency (i.e., unscheduled) surgical procedures. The winning Proposer must provide the following:
(1) Autotransfusion Technician(s);
(2) Two Portable Autotransfusion Devices to be stored on site at ZSFG; and
(3) Disposable Items (e.g., suction tubing and processing packs) not stored on site.
